Wat neem je mee?

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Marketing, or related fields
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing & equipment supplies environment
  • Experience in the industrial components sector is an advantage
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related software
  • Native Italian speaker with fluent written and spoken English (additional EU languages like French, German, or Spanish are a plus)
  • Living in the Milan area
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to work within a matrix structure

De vacature

Purpose of the Vacancy Sales Engineer

As the Sales Engineer, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth in this innovative sector. Reporting to the General Manager of the Italian Business Unit, your role will be pivotal in elevating sales and enhancing brand recognition in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, energy, and mineral industries.


  • Identify new business opportunities in various manufacturing segments throughout Italy
  • Develop and implement business development plans and strategies for different industries
  • Travel within Italy (>70% of the time) to meet and attend to customer requirements
  • Visit customers regularly to influence decision-makers to embrace our components
  • Gain in-depth understanding of market potential, competitive environment, and segment-specific customer requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance brand recognition
  • Manage organizational resources and liaise with third-party vendors to ensure documentation is in order
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned
