- Knowledge and experience with PLC systems and programming (Siemens and Allen Bradley)
- International work experience is an advantage
- Communicative skills in English (Dutch is a plus)

- Readiness to travel 80% of your time nationally and internationally
- Good MS-Office skill for generating reports in Word and Excel
De vacature
Purpose of the role PLC Engineer
As a key player in the delivery of new or modified machines, you will partner with the mechanical coordinator during the installation phase. Your focus will be on the electrical installation and programming of PLC software, working primarily with Siemens and Allen-Bradley systems. Meanwhile, your colleague will coordinate the mechanical assembly. Together, you ensure that the machines are optimally installed and fine-tuned, enabling smooth production processes at the client’s site.
You'll work with a diverse range of clients in the food processing industry across Europe and the Middle East. Depending on the scope of the project, you may be away from home for one to six weeks at a time. The projects can range from single machines to upgrades or modifications of existing lines, or even the installation of entirely new production lines. You'll be supporting clients from multiple branches of the company.
